Privacy policy

• When you send us a message: your name, company, work email and message, plus your title and the topics you tick if you add them.
• When you email or call us: your contact details and whatever you choose to tell us.
• When you book a call: the details the booking form asks for, such as your name, email and the time you choose. Calendly takes the booking for us.
• When you browse the site: technical information such as your IP address, browser, device, the pages you visit and your approximate location. Our hosting and security provider and Google Analytics collect this (see Analytics and cookies).

To keep automated spam out, the contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks signals from your browser before a message is sent.

We don't ask for sensitive information, such as health details or government identifiers. Please don't include it in messages.

We use your information to:

• reply to your message and continue the conversation you started
• arrange and hold the calls you book
• keep the website secure and keep automated spam out of the contact form
• understand how the website is used, so we can improve it

We don't sell personal information. We don't add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

We use Google Analytics to understand how people use this website: which pages are visited, for how long, and roughly where visitors come from. It uses cookies and collects details such as your browser, device and approximate location. It doesn't tell us who you are, and nothing you type into our contact form is sent to it. You can opt out with Google's opt-out browser add-on or your browser's privacy settings.

Google Analytics keeps this usage data for 14 months.

Cloudflare, which hosts and protects the website, may also set cookies needed for security.

We share personal information only with the service providers that run our website, email and bookings, and only so they can provide that service:

• Google: Google Workspace for our email, and Google Analytics
• Cloudflare: website hosting, security, and the contact form's spam check
• Calendly: booking calls

These providers may store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States. We take reasonable steps to make sure they handle it consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Messages sent through the contact form go straight to our email inbox; the website itself keeps no copy. Our email is held in Google Workspace, and every company account is protected by two-step verification.

We keep enquiries for as long as they're useful to the conversation or relationship they belong to, or as long as the law requires. When we no longer need them, we delete them.

• See or correct your information: email hello@bx3intelligence.com.au. We'll reply within 30 days, and we may need to confirm who you are first.
• Stop hearing from us: tell us at any time and we'll stop.
• Analytics: opt out with Google's opt-out browser add-on, or block cookies in your browser.
• Stay anonymous: you can browse the website without telling us who you are. To reply to you, we need a way to reach you.

If you're not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) on 1300 363 992.
