We get you product-ready.
Two focused engagements, for teams who aren't ready to onboard yet — the work that gets you onto the platform. Not a consulting practice beside the product. The on-ramp into it.
Measurement strategy
What to measure, so the platform earns its keep.
We define the metrics, entities, and outcomes that matter to your business, and the questions worth putting to them — the thinking that turns a data connection into answers you'll act on. It's the difference between a dashboard of everything and a platform pointed at what moves your number.
Getting product-ready
We define product-ready, and get you there.
The platform reads a clean, conformed view of your data. If you already have one, onboarding takes it from here. If you don't, we scope exactly what's needed and get you to it — so the gap between your data today and a running platform is a project with an end, not an open question.
Ready, onboarded, running.
This is work to get you onto the platform — quoted, time-boxed, and finished. It has its own fee, separate from onboarding and separate from the subscription. It is not retained hours, not an ongoing engagement, and not a services relationship that runs alongside your subscription.
Once you're live, the product is the work. There's nothing to keep paying a services line for — which is the point.
- Custom model building. The product is a library of certified models, pulled off the shelf — never a bespoke model built under deadline. That discipline is the whole point; we don't break it for one engagement.
- Analysis as a service. The platform is the analysis. Ongoing answers come from your subscription, not a retained analyst.
- Open-ended engineering. Readiness is scoped and finite — a project with an end, not a standing data-engineering contract.
